Cutter screws have a tropicalized coating which provides superior corrosion resistance compared to the standard BZP coating, along with a deep countersunk head recess which ensures a snug fit with the driver bit preventing "cam out".
They also have ribs and tucks under the head which enables the screw to fit flush and tight in all timber and board materials without causing surface damage. They also have a reinforced collar to prevent the screw from snapping at the critical intersection between the shank and the head.
As a result of the lubrication, sharpness, width, and depth of the thread, it reduces driving resistance by 40%, which means less torque is required.
20° needle point and pattented slots make it easier for the screws to work closer to the edge without spilting and with most wood it doesnt need a pilot hole.
