Laker Builders Merchant is an independent building supplies specialist catering to the complex needs of today’s building industry. Operating from branches in Crawley, Pulborough & Cranleigh and a Heavy-side Depot in Ockley allows us to serve across the Surrey & Sussex counties as well as Kent, Hampshire and South London.

Our ethos of service matters and customers first is driven from our humble beginnings, having been established as a family run business, 12 years ago. To further enhance the business and further cultivate the founding values and principles, Laker took on a professional management team to help meet the needs of our customers and our ambitions of growth. We’re also passionate about the environment and are on a journey to Net Zero, reducing plastics, recycling and upcycling.

We work with smaller and larger builders across all types of construction and refurbishment projects as well as offering a retail experience to DIYers online and offline. Bricks, blocks, timber, concrete floor beams, fencing, lintels, decorative aggregate, landscape materials from porcelain slabs to pavers and everyday building products are all in stock and ready for use. We offer Click and Collect and have fast deliveries, usually next day, from our varied fleet of delivery vehicles 3.5t tippers and flatbeds to 26t and 18t hi-abs.
